RCA utilizes exploration and discovery as a way of learning and does so by using a creative curriculum for preschool. This program enables children to develop confidence, creativity, and lifelong critical thinking skills. The curriculum is based on 151 objectives for development and learning, presenting knowledge-building volumes and daily practice resources together which gives every educator the “what,” “why” and “how” of early childhood education. Daily opportunities are offered for individualized instruction, while helping the teachers meet the needs of every type of learner. All of the important areas of learning are addressed. From the areas of reading, technology and the arts, every part is incorporated throughout every day and includes Verbal and Linguistics, Gross and Fine Motor Skills, Logic and Mathematics, and Social and Interpersonal Relationships.
RCA's focus is our STREAM curriculum which is based on National Standards. Included in this curriculum is (S) Science, (T) Technology, (R) Relationships/Reading/Writing, (E) Engineering, (A) the Arts and (M) Mathematics.
